Key went missing from inventory?

I made 3 key fragments into 1 key, and went to play some games so i could get a chest, but after about of 2 hours of playing i went to my inventory and i had no keys? i already had 2 key fragments that i got from honor capsules, and yesterday i got my last missing key fragment, and also i haven't gotten any honor capsules after i have been Honor 4?
