[client] skin boost not giving skin or taking rp but giving the ip

I played two games in a row in which i tried to purchase skin boost for my team on aram and it said processing the entire champ select and didn't let us pick skins and after the game it gave us the ip bonus despite not costing me the rp. I'm unsure if this is a bug for sure or a one time thing but since it happened two times in a row i figured id report it.
