Problems with Loading / In-Game Screen

About 2 days ago I got into a game and my screen started to bugging out and being weird, and since then its been like this for a while. Its hard to explain but ill do my best, the game screen was there like normal but I couldn't interact with anything and instead it acted like I was on my desktop. For example if I left clicked on the screen it would come up with the "Create a New Folder" and all that stuff, it also makes it so I can't really play the game as I can't move or click anything in-game. I really don't know how to best explain it but I got a recording that might help, although I will warn you the quality is absolute trash because the only mobile device I have to record with is an old iPad with a crappy camera. I tried restarting my computer first, I also did the full repair in the League of Legends settings, and I reinstalled league and so far but none of them fixed it. I also tried the Hextech Repair Tool but it stopped working when it got to "Gathering Logs". Im on macOS Sierra Version 10.12.6, I think upgrading might work but I'm not sure and I want to see if anything else will work before upgrading. Just wondering if anyone has any idea of how to fix this, or even if anyone else has had this same problem?
