[GAMEPLAY] Rek'Sai Invincible Tunnel

I was just playing an ARAM with some friends, and we had a Rek'Sai on the enemy team that placed a tunnel next to her broken first tower. It was spawned with no health bar, and no matter how many of us stood on it, it would not break.

The Rek'Sai was able to ult to it just fine, so it forced us out of position just because we could not get rid of it.

First time I've seen the bug, and I'm uncertain the cause, but it was pretty irritating.
