[CLIENT] "Skip waiting for stats" instead of allowing client to reconnect

Sometimes the game will crash to a "Skip Waiting For Stats" screen instead of the "Reconnect" one as expected. Upon exiting and restarting the client, the game will not reconnect, however cannot start a new game as you are technically still in another one. Additionally, this means you'll get slapped with being AFK, even though the error is with the client and not with the player leaving or with the connection.
