Queue keeps freezing...

Hi guys, anyone have a fix for my queue freezing? It will just go to 0 for timer on bans; then the chat says everyone's name except mine has left the game. If i so happen to pick a champ before it freezes; the game after a while brings back to home menu and says "group disbanded" i then hit play again and it says "seems like ur in a game give the client a reset". A fix or something to try would be much appreciated :(
