[GAMEPLAY] Soraka's Silence does not work if the target is teleporting in, coming out of zhonya, GA

I have a replay saved, but attached is the webm for it.

This happens quite often, roughly .5 times per game, whenever a soraka silence someone who is in zhonya, the target can flash out (I've seen kass use his ult, panth throw a spear) without being silenced or snared. I have seen this with teleports and GAs as well.

Your target was clearly still in stasis when you cast your silence in that clip. Working as intended.

Generally, ground-targeted spells will apply damage/CC periodically over their duration.

After leaving stasis, Jinx flashed out of Equinox before the silence was applied to her.

a tldr of why the bug works like this is because the game can only check if they're in the silence so often. They're using the ability between those intervals.

cant be fixed without a lot of changes.

I had the same thing happening vs Blitzcrank flash, q. I posted it a while back. Nothing happened.
