LAST PATCH gave me Screenfreeze while spawning

Since the last patch I am getting a screenfreeze while the spawning animation is going on

The screen displays everyone in the fountain, then freezes until the barrier of the fountain opens. It is really annoying, since you cannot properly invade cause you still need to buy and therefore are to late I play this game on my pc for some seasons now and never had any problems regarding framedrops or freezes I asked some of my premades and some seem to have the same problem

Im curious if other people ran itno the same problem and hope it is fixable
