Client crashing every so oftem

Recently, my client is crashing quite a lot, when it does crash, cant even go to desktop or close the application as it dont allow me to take any action.

Recently lost a promo because of this issue.

Is there any idea of why is it constantly happening and is there any way to fix this issue?
