Game crashes during loading screen - Champion files cannot be found

2nd time ive come around an error with jhin specifically - my games pass pick phase but while its loading after a while it crashes saying that the files for jhin cannot be found - ive already tried restarting my pc multiple times and even reinstalled the game from scratch. Anyone else came across this problem? ive also filed this problem through the bug splat program

Try doing a game repair. If that doesn't work, would try reinstalling.
