Autofill Bug?

So in the video i linked, this guy talks about (minute 8:20) on how he queues up as jungle, waits 3 or 4 min, gets into champ select and gets the jungle role. Then someone dodges, he gets a new instantaneous "game ready" thing and then he gets autofilled into support. Every damn time. This has been happening to me before i even watched the video, but when i watched it i realized it may very well be a bug, because the thing is, when i get the other role i queue up for (top) and someone dodges, i dont get autofilled into support right away, it literally ONLY happens when i get jungle. I never, but never, play support, because i dont like it. The only times i have played support was when i got autofilled into it, which only happened if i got jungle first and if someone dodged, and then i would get 100% support. And it only happens to the jungle role. And the worst part is, 90% of the times i got jungle, someone would dodge, which means i would get support right away. A friend of mine who queues up for Bot and Mid says he only has gotten autofilled once since the new season, and that this get a role/someone dodges/get autofilled into support thing never happened to him. So to finish up, i feel like this happens only to jungle as if i queue for top and mid and then someone dodges it never happens, but never, but then if by any chance i queue for jungle, and i get jungle and someone dodges, i know for sure im gonna get support the next time it tells me to accept, which leads me to believe autofill is autofilling junglers first instead of randomizing, i mean i got jungle, just because someone dodged now i gotta play another role? Anyways i'd like to know if anybody has gotten this too and if its a known thing or what. Thanks for your time.
