Random Game Crash?

I am trying to get into a game as I am writing this. I was waiting in lobby for 5 or so minutes. The percentage was at 100%, ping at 37-48 me, but the game itself never popped up. Then, all of a sudden, it closes itself, and doesnt even tell me that it bug splat. What happened, and how can I fix it?

Yep. Getting the exact same issue. It's gotten to the point where I'm getting hit by leaverbuster.

Update: I just logged back into League, and my team remade. What happened???? My game never loaded in?!?!?!
