Broken Remake System

I was in the most GG match in ranked blind pick, we had a Darius Vayne Braum Udyr Katarina against a very shitty team comp. The adc gets first blood on an invading Shaco and then the enemy Gangplank quits, then it says "the enemy team has agreed to surrender 2 against 0" and then im like WTF FIRST BLOOD ALREADY HAPPENED HOW ARE THEY DOING THIS. This system is broken and just cheated me of an easy rank win, knowing that this is a one in a million chance, ill most likely get demoted and regret that this system was ever implemented thanks to that one loss.

First blood will only prevent a remake from happening if it happens before someone leaves. If it happens after someone has already left, then the remake is still valid.

Looking at the match in question, first blood happened at 2:50. Because a remake requires someone to be AFK/dc'd for at least 90 seconds, the Gangplank would have to have left by no later than the 1:30 mark in order for the remake to be valid. This means that first blood happened after the Gangplank left, so the remake was valid.

Of course, this is assuming that Gangplank really did leave by the 1:30 mark, which I can believe considering he was only level 1 by the end of the game.
