BUG Blitzkrank mana barrier

Blitzkrank has an issue with his mana barrier which remains with the sound and animation throughout the game after being popped for the first time. This bug has appeared in every one of my PvP blitz games over the last week. The bug does not seem to be affecting the operation of the barrier just is annoying.
