Soraka ultimate bug
GAMEPLAY-- Sometimes when I use Soraka ult it doesn't show that the ability is on cooldown. This baits me into thinking I have ultimate, only for it not to go off. It happens usually after the second or third ultimate.

same it only started happening after i started using the divine soraka skin. wasn't sure if it was skin specific or some recent patch, but yea its rly annoying when I'm in flexq and i say i have ult but i don't. Also i noticed that the first time i tried to use ult (lvl6) it didn't go off i pressed r and then shortly thereafter flashed, not sure if flash interrupts the channel or maybe just lag, but still.
