Kai'sa Passive

Kai'sa no longer does stacking bonus damage with her passive innately until she gets some AP.

For example, at level 1 with 0 AP, she had 4(+1 per stack) bonus magic damage, so she used to do 4 bonus magic damage with her first attack, 5 with her second, 6 with her third and so on. This is currently still reflected on the league of legends wiki, as well.

Now her passive in-game says she only does 4(+0 per stack) damage, so she only ever does 4 bonus magic damage for every attack. I couldn't find this nerf, even if it's a slight one, in any patch notes so I'm wondering if this was intended or if a rioter could offer some transparency.
