Blood Moon Thresh problem

Looks like Blood Moon Thresh is not having a chance to collect souls!!! Any one else having this issue? Just noticed it in my second game with him, the first the souls were there no problem.

I can't even see him in the store for purchase:/ am i just blind? or is he not released yet?
