CLIENT Open hextech crate bug

1. I forged 3 key fragments
2. I opened one of the VERY RARELY obtained hextech crates via the "open" button.
3. The client took away the key pieces and the crate leaving the client blank
4. I did not get any rewards and the items were lost.
5. Reset client and still nothing

I am not skilled enough to get an S every game so am I just never going to get these items or the reward back?
