DCed from game, could not reconnect, got leaver buster

Me and friend qued for a 3s ranked, went thru pick n bans. As game was loading in we both go kicked from League. Everytime we tried to reconnect we ran into same Bug splat Error report. We both tried relogging and even restarting computers, we are not on same connection as we live hundreds of miles apart. After 10minutes or so passed we both were able to log back in and received "Leaver Buster."

I would like this removed from my account so i don't get unjustifiably perma banned for Riots problem.
