[GAMEPLAY] - Garen cannot attack Nexus when using Decisive Strike

Champ Played: Garen Game Type: Summoner's Rift, Co-op vs AI - Intermediate Bug Behavior: The Nexus could not be attacked by Garen while under the effects of the Decisive Strike buff. As the buff expired, the Nexus could once again be attacked.

Number of times encountered: Twice consecutively at the end of a single bot game. Frequency: 100% (2 of 2)

How to reproduce the bug:

1. Play Garen on SR in an intermediate bot game
2. Expose the enemy Nexus
3. Attempt to attack the Nexus while using Decisive Strike. If unsuccessful...
4. Wait for Decisive Strike buff to wear off
5. Verify Nexus is vulnerable by auto-attacking

Consider investigating variations of the issue, including the following: Other champions with active, single-attack buffs (such as Shyvana's Q) Other SR game modes
