game crash during champ select, riot you should refund all my purchase cuz this bug wants me quit

happen to me quite a few times already on different computer, always happen during banning phrase and everytime promo game !!! riot you should refund all my purchase since this bug is so annoying and we deserve fairness in gaming , if you can't fix this and reimburse the LP and rank we lost due to this, we deserve our money back!!!
