Kicked from from queue

Just sat in queue for about 3 minutes so I cancelled out and started my queue time again. Went to about 8 minutes of queue time and finally decided to just close out of my client and log back in. So I go to start a new game and it said I have a wait time for leaving matchmaking. Although, I never made it to matchmaking... Anyone else have this problem?
