Quinn Q Bug

When playing Lulu top against a Quinn, when she would land a Q on me the screen wouldn't go black, but everything disappeared so it would be difficult to know if I was Q'd or not so I was unable to react normally to it. And by everything disappearing I mean in terms of minions and Quinn would slowly fade away but I could still see the actual map.
