Client Bug?

So, I got placed in low priority queue due to a sad moment where my pc crashed in the middle of the game. So i just tried to queue up waited the 20m got into champ select then someone dodged. My league client kept loading and when it went back to normal i had to wait the full 20m again?

Low priority que lasts a few games .....5 games or so.

No idea for the specifics.
