So, I got placed in low priority queue due to a sad moment where my pc crashed in the middle of the game. So i just tried to queue up waited the 20m got into champ select then someone dodged. My league client kept loading and when it went back to normal i had to wait the full 20m again?

You know how you can que normally for 2 minutes, then get into a match, have someone quit then get a game instantly right after?
What i think with that in mind is that OP figured something similar should happen and that he shouldnt have to sit through another 20 minutes que.
And for all i know he might be right but right now the game seems to be bugging on EUW.
