I tried to install League and patching it up and all but it stops at 3% and says unspecified logs error how do I fix this problem and play?

don't call me stupid... but how many times have you tired this? is it more than once? currently there is a huge bug going around with the chat system it might be related though

Yea more then once. I keep trying to repatch, reinstall and all that. I even installed that hextech repair tool and still nothing is helping it to install.
