Double Messages

When you type into lobby chat or team chat, sometimes the message repeats itself twice. Its a minor bug it would be nice to fix and avoid confusion. In addition, I would like to ask if the Riot Servers are having problems because my ping keeps jumping to 2 thousand and 1 thousand. My family is using the same router but have no trouble.
