MANA FLOWBAND DOESNT WORK! this is the 2nd time something is not working after a patch!

When you hit an enemy the stacks doenst go on. This is really the 2nd time something is not working when i play this game after a patch, previous one was that no one coud ping when you use mute ping from enemys. I begin litterly soon to stop with this stupid game if you guys can´t fix things when a patch is being released.

This is litterly unacceptable.
