When you hit an enemy the stacks doenst go on. This is really the 2nd time something is not working when i play this game after a patch, previous one was that no one coud ping when you use mute ping from enemys. I begin litterly soon to stop with this stupid game if you guys can´t fix things when a patch is being released.
This is litterly unacceptable.

It's not im worried they will not fix it, they always will fix it. However, every time i get excited about a new patch and i want to go in ranked and i see that suddenly my stuff doesnt work, that feels very bad you know and unfair. Every time this happens i just dont do my best to win the game since its a unfair match if you fight against someone with 2 unworking runes. I learn my lesson yes now, before i go play i gonne watch this community for bugs and test my new build out in practise tool to see if every single item and rune works.
At this moment, you see that the game is being too big for devs to handle the game. I mean almost 160 champs x 4 abilitys= 660 moves + all items + runes on every champion, its just too much for a human to fix buggs and balance this game.
