[GAMEPLAY] Lucian q pops sivir shield but deals damage

Played a custom ARAM game with 4 people on each team. Lucian q did pop my sivir shield but seemed to still deal damage. This was noted twice and the lucian agreed that it looked like the damage still went through. To replicate, I suppose create a custom aram game and attempt to q a sivir spell shield. This occurred every time the situation came up, however I have only played one game in this conditions.
