Zoe bubble

Zoe bubble is no longer activating if the enemy is standing too close to the other side of the wall. This can be taken advantage of hardcore vs any team that has a zoe but no kayn = just stand against jungle wall as much as possible. Also very often when ulting and casting bubble it does not shoot till you return to your starting position. this could be a MS issue but i'm testing at 50ms.
