[CLIENT] Ranked game champ select stuck at 0 seconds

As you can see the client was stuck at 0 for about 5 mins (till I eventually closed it) and I STILL LOST LP. Second time to happen this week on a different account this time, and my internet was working perfectly. I don't mind the -3lp but what if this was my promo? As you can clearly read in the chat that my teammates also left the lobby so I presume we all lost lp? Anyway it should be investigated.
