Cannot Select Runes or Masteries

2 Days away from mandatory new client and this is still a bug on my client since the new client has been released to the public and it has not changed. I have reported it several times with no fix yet. I have "initiated a full repair" and completely erased and re-installed.

The problem is that during champ I try to select Runes AND Masteries and as soon as click the box to select my page it instantly with a 1.0 second delay rolls right back down. The first time there is a slight delay in it collapsing and every time after that it stay up for about 0.5 seconds and collapses.
