This happened 4 times in this game. After I got a reset (sometimes) my q, ult, and recalls would not cast until i died. The skills would show up as available but I could not cast them.

alright so im a huge katarina fan i play her alot and ive had this bug happen to me a few times and ive noticed that for me personally it always occurs after i kill someone " using" ulti. after going remembering all the times that this bug happened to me the only similarity ive noticed is it has only happened to me on summoners rift and its always after I use ult. i think what might be causing this bug is that we all know that katarina cant use ult if their are no targets near by (ive used this mechanic to find and kill a few would be sneaky teemos) well i think what might be causing this bug is if u burst down a target fast enough (when i play kat i spam my combo insanely fast) sometimes ull cast your ult after the target dies but before the game recognizes a targets dead theirfore your basically ull cast your ult even though technically their isnt a target nearby i think that this might cause some sort of glitch in kats programing that gets reset if you die cuz all the times this glitch has happened to me ive noticed its when i burst down insanely squishy targets that i know i SHOULDNT need ult for but since i instinctively press R in my rotation sometimes my ult still goes off even though i know it shouldn't. idk thats my guess ive actually never gotten around to testing it since i haven't found someone willing to join a custom and let me kill them a bunch of times to check to see if that's right but this is just a wild guess
