My Ban Timer Wont Go down

I got banned about 10 days ago, It said I had a 14 day suspension and I clicked I understand and was waiting the 14 days. Today I logged onto my account again to see how much days I had left and the message telling me I was banned popped up again so I clicked I understand again and it still says that I have to wait 14 days for my ban. This isn't fair I was already mad about the reason I got banned, but now I'm even more mad. I just wanna play my favorite game again.

I have never been banned so i do not know how it works but i think riot keeps that message there and does not update it, so if you already did 10 days you got 4 more days to go

I believe you're looking at the ban duration (14 day ban), but at a later point it says what day you get unbanned.
