Ranked Border Based On Flex Queue Not Highest Rank
So I'm now showing a Gold 2 border during the loading screen (in ARAM, at least) instead of Diamond 5. In "Profile" it shows "Last Season's Rank" as being Gold 2, which was my flex queue rank.
