Kalista? You okay there?

Despite appearances, I'm not here to talk about the 4 smite team comp. This game had an unusual bug. Kalista misclicked in the beginning, performing an oath with Volibear. This was canceled and Thresh was correctly bound. However, throughout the game, Kalista and Thresh can't proc the on hit effect. Not on minions, monsters or champions. Thresh didn't see the oathsworn tooltip in his character page. Ult still works. Unsure if Voli could proc on hit. What happened?
