After champion select my game crashes

the error states the processor may appear unresponsive, this error shows up everytime after champion select

C:\Users\student\AppData\Local\Temp\PKM7407.tmp

Hey there,

Looked into your crash. Seems like it might be due to your anti-virus software preventing League of Legends from running. Can you try to disable Symantec and let me know if it works? Thanks!

i disabled symantec and theres still the same error

i was playing just fine last night, this mourning i ran into the error so i uninstalled the program and reinstalled it.... still the error so i ran hextec repair tool and still the error disabled symantec and still the same error

Hey there,

Can you post the updated .TMP file?

You might have to completely uninstall Symantec too. From the previous crash dump you posted, the issue is with this module that is loaded into the game process: C:\Windows\System32\sysfer.dll

Here's some more information about that module (sysfer.dll):

Symantec Corporation

Thanks for the updated dump.

Symantec's sysfer.dll is still in the module list so it's still causing problems. Can you try to uninstall the product? Thanks!
