[GAMEPLAY] Rammus Ascension Bug - Can't keep from capping
Just got out of a pretty miserable Ascension game with a Rammus that could not be kept from capping the point. If he was channeling and you dealt damage to him, it would "break" his channel to the point, however he would still be tethered to it and cap the point anyway. He could move around and cast spells freely, and even if he moves away from channeling range he would remain tethered to the point.
The ball of light that attaches to a champion that is channeling also lasts significantly longer than usual.
I recommend permabanning Rammus (even if he isn't that op on Ascension) until he is fixed or he is disabled.
