[GAMEPLAY] Practice tool "game reset" does not reset (friendly) minion buffs and siege minion spawn

Very easy to replicate (and to fix). I was practicing Vayne and using the inbuilt game reset tool which does not seem to affect the state of minion "upgrades": https://leagueoflegends.fandom.com/wiki/Minion

As a result, after playing for a while and resetting the game every 10 levels or so, my minions were significantly stronger than enemy ones, making it very hard (and untransferrably... different?) to lasthit and undermining the whole point of the early game exercise.

Steps to replicate: Play Vayne against Caitlyn in the practice tool for 20 minutes or however long for minions to be fully buffed and spawning a siege minion every wave. Reset the game Buy dorans pot and yellow Teleport to lane and advance 30 seconds twice You might notice that a siege minion spawns in the first wave of the game. That's sorta different. Part of this bug, likely. Left click a minion to view its parameters. You'll see it has the bonus stats for late game.

Literally ruins the entire point of the practice mode as used for CSing.
