Yorick Maiden interaction with Morde ult bug.

When you ult with yorrick inside Morde ult, the maiden does not appear. However, upon exiting morde ult, maiden is nowhere to be found, but the icon is still spinning as though the maiden is active. I could not gain access to my ult again until I died inside Morde ultimate, and then my ult went on cooldown.
