(GAMEPLAY/CLINT) Lost my promo series after 1 game.

Pretty simple, I qualified for bronze II promos and after the first game (a loss) it said I was unsuccessful in completing my series and put me on 75 LP.

Any tips? any chance you can rectify this bug?

Dodging a match counts as a loss in your promos. Make sure not to do that.
