Katarina unable to cast Q, R, and B.

Link is to the game this happened in. I was in a game as Katarina Top with Flash and Teleport. I had a Sorc Boots, Sunfire Cape, Zhonyas, Thornmail, and Regen bead. I was fighting a shaco who had red buff and he ulted and fought against me with his clone. I used e, q, w, then ult. He died and afterwords i was unable to cast Q, R, or B though QuickCast or clicking the skill, however W and E were still working fine. Tried to restart client and still no change.
