Please disable queue dodge penalty until this bug is fixed

Everyone knows about this by now. New client, if someone doesn't take the queue and you try to enter another game in the same queue, it will black out your client and you will be forced to dodge. This is getting ridiculous. Either fix it right now or disable queue dodge penalty.
