Friend group positioning resets after moving

This is really frustrating for someone who organizes a lot of people in tabs for events but still wants to have quick access to friends at the top of his list. I have no idea what resets the positioning but it will not stay no matter how many times I move groups. Would love a fix <3

P.S. - To whoever made it so that groups stay collapsed if you collapsed them and then joined a game, thank so so fucking much
