[Client] [Crash] Punishment notice after crash and only five minute leave.

So today I was playing and the client crashed while loading into the match, so I had to close and reopen the client. After reopening it I had made it back into the game in under 5 or 6 minutes. I finished the game and afterwards got the new punishment notice.

I thought you were only supposed to get this if you were gone a long time or left intentionally? I was only gone for 5 minute, and it wasn't my fault.
