CANT START A GAME

Sooo... i have a problem... every time a match starts, i cant get into it... after champion select it ain't putting me in game loading screen... it only says "Game is about to start soon" and it never starts... i log out and log in thousend of times but its not working... and its only happening on my main account (this one-Archive). Can someone help me please. Thanks !
