Gameplay: Garen spin damages through polymorph
Garen's spin continues damaging in polymorph, not much to say other then that it is a thing (polymorph in general seems to be glitchy, I also got Chogath devoured after polymorphing him)

Garen's spin is not a channeled ability. No CC can turn it off, however CC can stop Garen from being able to cancel it early.
It's worked like this since his release, so it's not a bug.
I believe it so many bugs reported on here today
