HELP! my game is glitched!

Every game so far has been freezing my screen After champ select everyone has 100% in loading screen but I never load in. I was playing with a friend and he got in but he said i was in game but i wasen't. After 15 min i restart my com. I load he asked what happened i explain. The glitch happens for another 3 games. I get put on low priority queue and my friend thinks im a troll. But im not. Pls help me becouse of this glitch i lost a good friend and im getting hate from my other friends PLEASE HELP ME
