Doesn't matter what game mode I get a black screen and completely unable to play. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, ran as admin, etc. I haven't had a single issue since returning back to league until the 10.2 patch. Can't lie, I'm highly irritated. Especially after spending money on RP for skins the same day as the patch and have been unable to play for the past what over 24 hours?
Seriously need some kind of response or assistance.
i've had the same issue since last night, i submitted a ticket and haven't heard a peep from them, its been almost a full day. how a company as large as riot cant respond to you in under like 16 hours is insane, even if they don't know a fix at least dignify us with a response saying they are working on it. i have spent enough money and bought the new pass for the missions and cant even play. :/
Riot fucking up like usual, like they usually do. Is anyone surprised? Riot's so incompetant they lack the spine to address the community, and now there is a game breaking bug preventing users from playing the game and they still don't say shit. Riot is a disgusting excuse.
