[GamePlay] Gnar E lvl up

I was playing Gnar yesterday and while I was leveling up I went to spend my skill point in W around lvl 9 when you put a second point in w. After that happened I noticed that all the arrow up icons disappeared EXCEPT the E one. The E arrow ended up staying grayed out for the rest of the game and stayed up. I don't know the exact details because I was ranking, but it did make me think I missed a point or something.
