New hud bug (glitch texture showing after lvl up)

Hello, I found very annoying bug in new hud. That bug starts if I alt+tab any time after game loads and of course return to the game after that, when I have lvl up glitch texture start show up at the place where items are, it shows every lvl up and disappears only if I buy/use something from inventory or change graphic/interface options. I deleted client and try to reinstall, but it didnt help. Dunno how many ppl have same problem, but I do and its annoying.
